Global Speed is the Speed Art Museum’s community series by international art professionals. The next lecturer will be Bridget Cooks, an expert on African American visual culture and artists. As part of the Speed’s “Otherworldly” series, she will be here to discuss how faith and the supernatural go hand-in-hand in “Conjure: Art and the Black Supernatural.” Following the lecture, the museum will host a dinner with Cooks.
