Free Bee Class
Purdue Extension Floyd County | 3000 Technology Avenue No. L2110, New Albany | Search Facebook | Free | 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
On Saturday, March 30, get buzzed for two insect-heavy events. First is a free beekeeping class from the Spring Valley Beekeepers club at Floyd County’s Purdue Extension office in New Albany. You don’t have to be an expert under the veil to take this course. It’s for beginner beekeepers (but those who want a refresher can come, too). Bring your own lunch and protective gear if you’d like to approach the hives. Registration isn’t required. —LEO
