Let’s be honest, talent shows usually suck. But the Burlypicks is no ordinary talent show, with twenty performers from Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee doing burlesque, sideshow, magic and adult comedy. Burlesque acts include Leopard Lass from Australia, who does an act that features “fire assels,” which are twirling fire tassels on her bum. Performers will be going head to head for your attention and a cash prize. Fluf Artisan Confections will also be there selling cotton candy,and all kinds of sugary treats. And if an act comes on that doesn’t tickle your fancy, head to the Cure Lounge’s bar for a drink and some music by DJ Matt Anthony.
