Bourbon Archaeology: A Kentucky Society Fundraiser

Join Bourbon Archaeologist Nick Laracuente for a talk on his work “excavating the remains of some of the oldest bourbon distilleries in the Commonwealth.” Afterward, attendees will get a tour of Locust Grove’s new Farm Distillery Project, watch a demonstration of early 19th-century whiskey production and enjoy a bourbon tasting led by Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Famer Michael Veach. Proceeds go to the the Kentucky Society: Archaeological Institute of America, to support its mission to bring “archaeology to life for audiences throughout the Commonwealth.”
