Kentucky really is a state of the art. The third annual Big Four Arts Festival is back to reflect this sentiment, unify the Louisville art scene and uplift local artists. Hundreds of artists and their pieces will be featured, as well as food vendors and local musicians, including Uncle Louie and Barefoot Soul. The Festival is also hosting an awards and auction party from 7 to 10 p.m. on September 7 to support the Emerging Artist program.
