‘Art And Exclusion,’
A Discussion With Artist Anthony Schrag

21c and the Kentucky College of Art and Design have invited artist and researcher Anthony Schrag to Louisville to speak on participatory practices in art and its social context. He is specifically interested in “the ethics and reasons for why we are engaged in such work, and looks to develop strategies for making artworks within the public realm that are neither about cultural colonization nor the replication of dominant hegemonies.” A reception with the artist will follow the talk.
