Visual artists are a craftly bunch. When unable to obtain “proper” art supplies, they reach for Tyvek, windshield glass or fallen tree wood to get the job done. And to show us what can really be created, Revelry has an entire exhibition of art made from alternative materials. The range is impressive, from the mildly unusual like cardboard, to “how did they make that?” territory with bullet shell casings and jewelry. The group show includes Kaviya Ravi, who is on the current season of the TV show “Making It” hosted by Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman.
