Every third Friday of the month, the Speed Art Museum opens its doors for the evening with a stuffed schedule of intellectually-stimulating and just-for-fun events. Like “Night at the Museum,” but for adults… and nothing comes alive. This month, make a holiday card with the help of Indiana University Southeast printmaking students, try dancing on your own at a silent disco and listen to a talk in Speed’s “Picasso to Pollock” exhibit. And, because we here at LEO like to think of ourselves as connoisseurs of all things Louisville, we’re happy to say that LEO columnist Kevin Gibson will also be on hand to sign copies of his new book, “100 Things to Do in Louisville Before You Die, 2nd Edition,” an insider’s guide to the best things Louisville has to offer.
