A Taste Of Bootcamp

As well as being a beacon for protesters demanding justice for Breonna Taylor, Jefferson Square Park, also known as Injustice Square, has become a community center with a garden, memorial for Taylor and activities. Change Today, Change Tomorrow, a Louisville nonprofit serving the local Black community, has been holding free, fitness classes at the space. This one is led by Britt Parchment from A Taste of Health and the first 10 participants receive resistance bands. In addition to exercise, CTCT is bringing alkaline water from Health Daddy Wow and fruit from Beli’s Arrangements.
