But the Bard’s Town Theatre is here to save of us from our cyber addiction with a series of 10 minute plays which are guaranteed to keep our spastic attention spans and add some substance (and hilarity) to our lives. Originally the Festival of Funky Fresh Fun, The 8th Festival of Derby City Playwrights is a culmination of work from a collective of Louisville writers dedicated to creating new and insightful work from within the community. Each play tells its own unique story and there is quite a variety in the genres.
