2017 Step Forward for Mental Health Walk

Walking can improve your physical and mental health. This walk lets you raise money to help others improve their mental health. It is hosted by NAMI Louisville, “a grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons living with serious mental illness and their families.” Funds raised will go toward “education, support and advocacy for families and individuals affected by mental illness.” Registration and pre-walk activities start at 9 a.m. for the walk at 10:30 a.m.
