‘15 – The First Hadley Creatives Exhibition’

Hadley Creatives is a group of artists who have received fellowships from the Community Foundation of Louisville. The program is a godsend, helping recipients navigate the murky waters of the art world with six months of professional best practices and career planning. KMAC Museum is “giving several artists in the group their first opportunity to show in a museum gallery setting,” said Curator Joey Yates. “There were a portion of them who were new to visual art, but were successful in developing special installation projects.” The 15 artists in the show are Miranda Becht, Sandra Charles, Hannah Drake, Elizabeth Foley, Devin French, Valerie Fuchs, Brianna Harlan, Vallorie Henderson, Autumn Lindsey, Elmer Lopez, Lance Newman, Cynthia Norton, Rebecca Norton, Roy Taylor and Darrick Wood.
