This film festival promises award-winning films on nature, community activism, adventure, conservation, water, energy and climate change, wildlife, environmental justice, agriculture and Native American and indigenous cultures. Organizers say it will take you to “some of the most remote and beautiful places on the planet, but instill a deep appreciation and a sense of wonder for the natural world that surrounds and supports us.” Also, there is a guided hike with Parklands staff, a float down Floyd’s Fork with Blue Moon Canoe, and a fly fishing workshop with Quest Outdoors. And since you can’t have a movie night without snacks, there will be hors d’oeuvres from Wiltshire Pantry and beverages from SweetWater Brewing.
