To celebrate its release this weekend, theyre throwing a party at Galaxie with live performances by Ali, ShadowPact, Rmllw2llz and Dom B. Neon River Music Festival Waterfront Park (Festival Plaza) $20-$35 Dont spend your weekend dancing in a crowded bar where you cant even bust out your best moves. Head to the Waterfront where you can dance your ass off at this EDM (or Electronic Dance Music) festival. Three Points CycLOUvia Goss Avenue, Logan Street and Shelby Street Free; 2 p.m. Grab your bicycle and head toward Three Points (the area between Germantown, Schnitzelburg and Shelby Park) for a community bike ride. Riders will take a circular path of closed off roads that will allow riders to see these storied, historic Louisville neighborhoods from a more engaging perspective than you would see from the car window. It's a chance to get outside, do a little exercise and explore your city with your neighbors.Derby City Sisters: State Fair Bingo Play $5; 7:30 p.m. The Derby City Sisters, a group of radical fun loving [drag queen] Nuns, are hosting a bingo night at Play, complete with prizes, a corn dog eating contest and more. This isnt your grandmothers bingo night, although she is welcome to come. And if you want an extra six bingo cards, bring a non-perishable food or personal care item for the AIDS Interfaith Ministries of Kentuckiana's food pantry.
