Katy Perry Spotted at the Louisville Zoo During Her Stay in Kentucky

Katy Perry, who has been enjoying her new home in Kentucky for the last few weeks, visited the Louisville Zoo this past weekend.

Last week on an episode of Chelsea Handler’s podcast “Dear Chelsea,” Katy Perry revealed that she’s been living in Kentucky for several weeks — and she likes it!

Her partner Orlando Bloom is filming a major movie in Kentucky less than an hour east of Louisville called “Red Right Hand.”

The pop star has been spending her time seeing what Kentucky has to offer. The Louisville Zoo shared in a Facebook post that Perry stopped by and visited with ambassador animals Simon the black-footed penguin and Sebastian the sloth over the weekend.

Perry explored the zoo in a khaki jumpsuit, walking through the current Wild Lights festival on display at the zoo.

“The experience made us all want to ‘Roar!’” read the post.
