Food & Wine Magazine recently posted a list of the “Best Coffee Roaster in Every State,” and Quills took home the honor for Kentucky.
Author David Landsel wrote, “In some cities, 2007 is practically ancient history, but Louisville and coffee go way back, far enough that this 15 year-old roaster still sometimes feels like the new kid on the block. Look to the single-origin offerings.” He also suggested that readers try the Colombia La Primavera Pink Bourbon roast.
The magazine also recently listed Please & Thank You as the “Best Coffee Shop in Kentucky.”
Quills, which has multiple locations in the Louisville area and one in Indianapolis, serves a variety of coffees, teas, and coffee beans.
