FRIDAY, April 15

Songkran Festival Logan Street Market Free  |  2-7 p.m. Celebrate Songkran, Thailand’s national New Year’s holiday, also known as the water festival. There will be water guns, water balloons and the opportunity to pour water on a Buddha for blessings. Logan Street Market vendor Daisuki will serve traditional Thai dishes and offer Thanaka, which is traditional face paint. Traditional Thai attire is encouraged. 

ATG Presents: Monk’s Road Gin & Juice Party The Whirling Tiger $10  |  6 p.m. Throw it back to the ‘90s with your favorite old school songs performed by Juice Box Heroes and gin candy-themed cocktails from Log Still Distilling.

SATURDAY, April 16

Paristown Garden Show Christy’s Garden No cover  |  9 a.m.-5 p.m. In the mood for “a fabulous Outdoor Garden Show brought up you by The Fleur De Flea and Paristown?” We are and we’re ready for the heat. Let’s hope that this show, which will have plenty of vendors, native plants, flowers, vintage garden decor and garden tools, will also bring with it, warmer temps. Let’s claim it. There will also be wine and food and speakers talking about a variety of gardening topics. Doesn’t hurt that it’s free and lots of free parking to boot.

TreeFest 2022 Joe Creason Park No cover  |  11 a.m.-4 p.m. An event “dedicated to all things trees” and fun: Tree giveaways, kids tree climbing, karaoke provided by Noraebar, five food and drink trucks, live music by Jossie Lauren and pruning/planting demos.

SUNDAY, April 17

Louisville Turners Presents: ‘Stranded’ Louisville Turners Prices vary  |  4 p.m. The Louisville Turners spring circus is back after a two year hiatus. Follow the story of a group of explorers who somehow end up on a tropical island after their Ohio River cruise is interrupted by a storm. There will be acrobatics, juggling and more! The show runs two weekends starting on Friday.
