This week’s event has Dr. Thad Druffel at Goodwood Brewing to talk about solar energy and the possibilities of using printing presses to speed up solar production.

The monthly event “Beer with a Scientist” is exactly what it sounds like, you get some beer and you chat it up with a scientist. This week’s scientist is Dr. John Wise from the UofL Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, and he will be discussing (in Q&A format) how research on Moby Dick’s descendants inform us about global pollution problems.
