Entry-Level Account Executive

Job Summary:

As an entry-level Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a direct and immediate impact on marketing needs for clients and prospects of LEO Weekly and leoweekly.com. The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for generating revenue for LEO Weekly and meeting or exceeding predetermined goals. The position involves meeting numerous business owners and managers every day to obtain appointments, analyze marketing needs, and to present solutions that grow their needs. On-going prospecting through cold calling, networking, referrals and other lead sources.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a list of 100-150 current and potential LEO Weekly customers
  • Grow existing accounts
  • Prospect new sales opportunities and build a full pipeline
  • Communicate well with the appropriate company department (Business, Editorial, Art) when assisting client/prospect needs
  • Collections


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Hard-working, integrity, relationship-builder with a winning attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge to various situations
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient with Google Office Products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive)
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record required
